Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Salesforce Lightning, LWC, Apex, and front-end technologies. You’ll participate in the full software development lifecycle while ensuring compliance with Salesforce standards, security practices, and scalability requirements. This role requires close collaboration with global teams and both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom Salesforce Lightning solutions using LWC, Apex, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, coding, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with teams during requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment phases.
• Prepare technical documentation such as release notes, design documents, and user guides.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Salesforce technical issues.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Technical Skills:

Salesforce Lightning, LWC, Apex, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Salesforce Data Model, Secure Application Development

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Lightning (LWC and Apex).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model (standard/custom objects, relationships, fields).
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Strong communication skills for engaging with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to create scalable, maintainable, and secure Salesforce applications.
